Project 2: Damp plaster wall. Removal and replacement of damaged plaster wall by hacking off existing plaster, damp proofing and applying new plaster.

Project 3: Poorly installed guttering. Proper refitting of the existing guttering and roof for edges with existing felt.

Project 4: Clearing forecourt and rebuilding of boundary wall damaged by wild growth of shrubs and tree.
