Loft conversions maximising the existing space and are ideal to add value to a property.

Project 1: Conversion of a standard semi detached 'hip-end-roof'. Removal of existing roof to form a gable in order to win more space to the loft. The new build was finished off with slate cladding to integrate with the existing slate roof. Planning and building regulations were obtained. Images show before and after.

Project 2 + 3: The built loft conversation provided additional space for a new bedroom with an on-suite bathroom. Conversions can take 6 to 12 weeks to complete. The cost vary between 15,000 and 35,000. Images show work in progress.
